No, it has nothing to do with simian anatomy. We’re talking breakfast in Paris. We stopped by Blackburn Coffee for some tasty treats – coffee, orange juice, eggs and salad for €12.
A few quick observations:
- Fresh squeezed orange juice is amazing, I do not drink it enough.
- Paris is not on the “I like my coffee raw” kick that San Francisco seems to be on. These beans were a true medium roast, and it made for a smooth, tasty cup with none of that crazy sourness that seems to be in vogue stateside.
- “Scrambled eggs” in Paris is so much more. It was cheesy and herby and other things I cannot properly describe.
